Best. Cornbread. Ever.

My husband received this recipe from a co-worker, and without mincing any words…it rocks! Want to see?


 Hey–wait a minute…  Jeez guys, did it even cool off?

Yes…it’s that delicious.  Corn bread can tend to be dry, but this recipe is very moist…and yummy.  I said that already, didn’t I?  Here’s the lowdown:

Best. Cornbread. Ever.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

1/2 cup cornmeal 

1 1/2 cup flour

2/3 cup sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 tablespoon melted butter

1 tablespoon honey

2 eggs (lightly beaten)

1 1/4 cup milk

Mix just until blended.  Pour into 8 inch square pan, and bake for 35 minutes.
